WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING TO THE EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND DUE TO A NEW GPSR REGULATION. ANY ORDERS PLACED FROM TUES 10TH DECEMBER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.

£2.95 FIXED RATE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS TO THE UK.

WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3/5 WORKING DAYS.

£14.90 FIXED RATE DELIVERY TO ORDERS TO AMERICA & CANADA

WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3/14 WORKING DAYS

£18.00 FIXED RATE DELIVERY TO ORDERS TO AUSTRALIA & SOUTH AFRICA

WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 10/14 WORKING DAYS

Please email us if you live outside of these areas and we will do our best to accommodate delivery and provide a custom quote.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Orders placed AFTER 12pm FRIDAY may not be shipped until MONDAY.

We use Royal Mail as our main courier service. We are not liable for any parcels that go missing with proof of delivery.

Please note: We can not be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands of the courier. If we are made aware in advance of any delays we will always try our best to contact you. 

If you have not received your delivery within the desired timescale, then please feel free to contact us via email. We will investigate for you.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Any offers/orders regarding shipping, or shipping that's calculated incorrectly may be revoked at any time. In these instances your order will be refunded and you will be contacted. 

International customers are responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

Christmas Delivery 2024:

The last date that we will guarantee Christmas delivery is MIDNIGHT Monday 16th December.

We will be keeping our website open to orders over the festive period, but please note that processing and shipping times may be longer.
