Handmade Dog Lead in Red & Navy

Best suited to small/medium dog breeds.

These lovely braided dog leads are made to order and handmade by myself. They are made from high quality recycled cotton cord with a polyester core for added strength. These leads are soft and strong and have a good amount of elasticity to help absorb shock from any sudden jolts. They are finished with a non-toxic, environmentally responsible water & soil resistant coating.

Featuring gold coloured hardware - this includes a heavy duty 20mm snap hook made from zinc alloy (a hypoallergenic and recyclable metal) and an acrylic Rocky's Pet Products logo tag.

Each element of this lead is hand woven, hand sewn, and is made without gluing. I use a kumihimo braiding disk to lovingly hand braid the patterns in the length of the lead and the lead handle. It is then finished with a hand sewn Rocky's Pet Products logo tag.

Length of lead with handle: roughly 1.2m

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the product is suitable for the weight and size of their pet. Although these leads are strong, please be aware that if your dog is a strong puller, they may be prone to stretching or damaging more easily.

Care Instructions:

- We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or hand washing. (This product can also be washed in a washing machine at 30°C. Place product inside a pillowcase first to protect it. We advise to do this only if necessary and not frequently. Do not tumble dry.)

- Check lead regularly for wear & tear

- Please bear in mind colours can fade over time with cleaning, or fade if regularly left in sunlight.
